Chaat Masala (Spice)

Chaat Masala is a blend of Indian spices, usually black salt, black pepper, dried mango, cumin, ginger and other spices. Chaat masala is usually sprinkled on cut fruit - yielding the sweet and spicy Indian dish of fruit chaat.
